Returns & Refunds Policy – Astro Supps

Overview

At Astro Supps, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened supplements

  • Food or consumable products

  • Health and nutrition products that have been opened

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at: 

astrosupps@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.


Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first to receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning higher value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
